Payment Locations: Garland offers you several locations where you can make your payments. With any of these locations, you may use a check, money order or cash. There are some important things to remember when making a payment using these locations. You will want to make sure you bring your bill, there will be a processing fee, payments are posted the next business day, and if your account if past due you will need to call customer service with your receipt. If you need to call customer service after using one of the payment locations you can do you by dialing 1-972-205-2671 Monday through Friday from 8 to 7 and 9 to noon on Saturday. Drive Through Window: You may visit Garlands Drive through Window Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Payments made at the window can be done using a check, cash or money order. Visit the drive through window at;

Drop Box: For your convenience, Garland has a drop box located outside their building. Payments that are placed in the box before 4 each business day will be posted that day. Payments made after four will be posted the following business day. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Drop box location is 717 West State Street.
