UGI Electric Bill Pay Options
There are various ways by which you can pay your monthly bill with UGI Electric. You can use any of the following bill payment options –
Online: You can pay your electric bills online by registering for an account. This is a 24 X 7 payment option which gives you the freedom to pay as per your convenience. once you have signed up, login to your account to view and pay your bill.
Budget Billing: Using budget billing, you can ensures that you are billed nearly the same amount each month. This is a very good option for people who run their homes on a strict budget. The company will estimate your annual energy usage and then distribute the cost evenly for the year. At the end of the 12th month, any difference in actual usage and the projected usage is settled – either the customer pays for the excess electricity used by him or the company credits the customer for the excess money charged by them. ABC Plan: Under this plan, your bill amount will be automatically debited from your checking or savings account every month on the due date. You will have to authorize the company to do so. This will ensure that your monthly bills are always paid on time and that you are not charged any late payment fee. This is a free payment option. Once you enroll, you will be receiving your bills before the amount is deducted from your bank account.
CheckFreePay: You can also pay your bills through CheckFreePay at any of their more than 25,000 locations. You can make your payments in cash if you prefer. Since this is a third party service, you may be charged a service fee.

If you pay by check, make sure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account. If your check returns to the company, they will charge you $5 for the returned check.
If you do not pay your bills on time, you will be charged a late payment fee at 1.25% of the past due amount. If you are having any difficulty in paying your bills on time, you can call the customer care center and request for an extension of the due date. Alternatively, you could also ask for a payment arrangement which will divide your outstanding amount into easily payable installments.
