Credit Cards: Payment can also be made over phone or in person using credit cards. To avail this option, the customer is required to call on the phone number provided on Salem Electric’s website and give in the required details. Both MasterCard and VISACard are valid modes of credit transfer.

Automatic Payments: Remembering your billing dates can be tough –this is why AutoPay is another convenient payment option for the member of Salem Electric. AutoPay automatically deducts credit or funds from your bank account or credit card. To make the method reliable and safe, AutoPay generates monthly statements –customers have the option of reviewing these statements for upto 2 weeks before the payments are finally deducted.

Post or Drop Off: If you find posting easier, include the payment check or money order along with the bill statement in stamped return envelope, and just post it in the mail. If posting seems a hassle, Salem Electric has a drop box located in their parking lot and near the main entrance of their office –you can just drive by and drop off. However, drop off payments are collected only from 8am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. Drop boxes are also located in the community areas. See Salem Electric’s website for the addresses of these drop-off sites.
