By Phone: If you do not wish to pay through the internet, you can pay through phone by calling 1-800-672-2405 and using your check, credit card or debit card. This service is offered by Western Union and as such, you will be charged a convenience fee of $1.95 per transaction. There is also a cap of $600 for a single transaction. Accepted credit cards include VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Accepted debit cards include Star, Pulse, NYCE or ACCEL.
