It may take up to one full billing cycle before your ABP takes effect. Continue to pay your bill as normal until you have confirmation.

Pay By Phone: If you would like to pay your energy bill quickly over the phone, you can call EZPay Express toll-free at 1-877-673-9729. EZPay Express is available to you 24 hours a day 7 Days a week. This is a phone number for billing payments only. When using EZ PAY you will be saving paper, postage and mail delivery. With EZPay Express, there is no charge when you pay with your checking or savings account. After you enter your bank routing and account number, EZPay keeps track of all of your information for you. EZPay Express also accepts payment by debit and major credit cards. However, there is a convenience fee.
Payment by Mail: Each month when your payment is due you will receive billing statement. Once you have reviewed your statement you can then return it with your payment. Payments that are accepted are check or money order. Please allow sufficient time for your payment to arrive in the office to avoid late fees or disconnections. Credit and Debit Card Payments: You have the option to pay your energy bill with a Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover or a ATM/debit card with the Pulse, STAR, Accel or logo NYSE. Payments can be made anytime calling 1-866-462-9209. O&R uses a payment agent named Kubra. They charge a service fee of $4.75 on every transaction. At no time, does O&R receive any portion of this service fee.
Pay in Person: If you would like to pay your bill in person O&R offers several locations that are available for you to do just that. Payments can take up to 48 hours to process and be posted to your account. The authorized locations are free to use and there is never a fee to use them.
