When you register for an online account you will be able to make payments, view your current and past billing histories and even make changes to your account.

Auto Pay: You can choose to have your checking or saving account debited each month for your bill amount. This is a free service offered by Cincinnati Bell. With auto pay you will never have to worry again about having to mail off your payments as they will be taken directly from your account on the due date. Phone Payments: You can access the twenty four hour phone payment system by calling 1-888-391-3925. You will be able to make quick payments to your account using this method. If you need to speak with a customer care representative there will be a processing fee of $5.00 added to your total bill.
