They will be able to guide you through the payment process to help you to keep on top of your account. You can use the automated service any time of the night or day, but to speak to a person you will have to ring within office hours which are Monday to Saturday between 8am and 9pm. They are not open on Sundays though.
Pay by Automatic Bank Transfer: You can pay your bill by automatic bank transfer on a set day of the month. You will need to have an online account with them which you can set up online via their website, after you have entered your details you can choose the day of the month that suits you best, such as your payday or day after and leave the rest to the automated service so you never again miss a payment. It could take a couple of days for the transfer to show on your account so make provisions for this if possible by phoning 1-866-776-9859 to change your payment date or making your payment a couple of days before it is due.
Paying Online: The fastest way to pay your bill is to use the online service. If you have not already done so you should set up an online account.
As well as paying your bills you can also view statements online from wherever you are, so long as you have internet access. This gives you the freedom to pay and view your details whenever you want to day and night.
You can pay using your credit or debit card and the transaction will show on your account as soon as it is processed.
