What happens when I sign up for an online account?
When you sign up for an online account you will be able to view your billing history, current and past, make payments, sign up for paperless billing and much more. Sign up will only take a couple of minutes to complete. You will need your customer account number and the last four digits of your phone number. With an online account you have complete control over your bill and you will no longer have to worry with when and how you are going to make your payments.
You even have the option to help the environment and sign up for paperless billing. With paperless billing you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail Your bill will be delivered to an email account, and from there you will have the option to make your payment. What if I dont want to sign up for an online account?
If you do not want to sign up for an online account you will receive your bill in that mail as usual. You will then be able to return your check or money order payment to the billing office. You will receive a pre-addressed envelope in which you can return your payment. You will have sufficient time after you receive your bill to review it and contact customer service with any questions or concerns you may have.
