PSEG Energy Bill Pay Options
Customers at PSEG get a lot of options to pay their electric bills conveniently. The company walks the distance for providing its customers the best service and support. Bill payments by phone: Customers can pay PSEG bills conveniently through their phone; all they need to do is dial 1-800-553-7734. An automated voice will guide you to pay your electric bills by first providing your PSEG electric account details; once they are matched you can use your credit cards to make your electric bill payments. PSEG does not charge its customers any convenience fee for paying their bills through phone.
Online bill payments: You can pay your PSEG electric bills by visiting the company’s website or by directly going to the page www.pseg.com/login.
You will need to first create an account on the website b providing your PSEG electric account details along with your Email ID, which will be used for verification.
After successful registration, you can log in to your account and use your credit cards, debit cards or electronic checks to make your payments.
Automatic Bill Deductions: Automatic bill deductions work the same way as online bill payments. You need to register on PSEG website or through any of PSEG offices by filling a form and providing your bank account or credit card details. Once registered for this facility, your monthly electric bills will be automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card and the receipt will be mailed to you along with your paper bill.
Bill payments by Post: PSEG sends all its customers a self addressed return envelope along with each paper bill. This envelope can be used to make your bill payments by inserting your checks or money order along with your bill stub in this envelope and posting it. Bill payment in-person: You can walk into any of PSEG service centers and pay your electric bills in-person with cash, personal check, and cashier’s check. The full list of all the service centers is available on PSEG website, which can be used to find a service center near your neighborhood.
