In-person Bill payment: Customers of PPL can pay their bill in-person with cash or check. You will need to visit a PPL payment centre near your neighborhood to pay your bills in-person. The location of these payment centers is mentioned on PPL website. While paying your bill in-person, PPL will charge you a convenience fee of $1 along with your electric bill.

Bill payment by Phone: You can pay you PPL bills through phone, by using third party phone payment service provider BillMatrix. You can call BillMatrix on 800-672-2413, where a BillMatrix customer care representative will guide you in paying your PPL electric bill through phone. You can pay on phone by using your Credit card or debit card. BillMatrix charges a fee for processing all phone paid bills of PPL from customers which you need to pay every time you pay your bills through phone.

Bill payment by Post: PPL sends its customers a self addressed return envelope along with each month’s paper bill. The envelope can be used to pay your bills by including your check or money order along with your bill stub in the envelope.
