The registration process include validation of the user account, after verification you can check the bill amount through your E-bill and pay it through Credit cards, Debit cards or online transfers.
Bill Payment in person: A customer of PGE can also pay their bill by directly walking in to one of the many PGE payment centers near their locality. Bill payment through drafts: Customers at PGE have an option to ensure that their bill payment is done on time and doesn’t get delayed by registering for the Automatic draft facility. You can visit the PGE website and register yours saving, checking account with you PGE Account no. and your monthly bills would be deducted directly from your bank account while you will continue receiving the paper or E bill for ensuring the amount of power consumed that you were charged for.
Bill Payment by phone: Consumers of PGE who wish to pay their bill through phone can do so. You can call on the PGE bill payment no. at 1-800-542-8818 and provide your ComEd connection details, once the details have been verified, you can pay the bill by giving the details of your Credit or Debit card along with their security code. You will be charged a convenience fee of $2.5 from PGE for using the phone payment facility each time you pay a bill through phone.
Bill payment by post: You would be receiving the PGE paper bill each month by post, which includes a self addressed envelope by PGE.
