Rumpke Bill Payment Options
Pay your bill online: For convenience and round the clock access paying online is perfect for those with busy lives who want to be able to access their account when they want to. To pay online you will first need to set up an online account which you can do by logging here: www.vuebill.com/rumpke-Login.
You will need your customer number to hand so that your identity can be verified. Once set up you will be able to sign in with only the registered email address and password.

Pay by direct debit: If you find that remembering your bill payment dates difficult or you want the simplicity of the bill being paid automatically, setting up a direct debit is a great Rumpke bill pay option. To set up this service you will need to print off the authorization form, which can be found here: www.rumpke.com/auto-debit-authorization-form-2012.pdf. Once set up the due amount will be taken from your account on a date of the month that suits you best. You will still receive statements that can be kept for your records.
Pay in person: If you want to pay by cash or prefer the face to face approach then you can pay your bill in person. The methods of payment accepted in person are cash or check. You can pay by dropping into any Walmart Money Center and going to the customer services desk.
Post your payment: There are two addresses that you can send your payment to. They are Residential Service: Rumpke,OH 45253-8709, Cincinnati P.O. BOX 538709. Commercial customers should send their payments to Commercial Services:

If paying by post ensure you leave enough time for the payment to be received and processed by posting in advance of your Rumpke bill pay due date.
Pay by phone: The last option is to pay your bill over the phone. You will need to have your customer number and your payment method to hand which will save you time. The number to call to make a payment is 1.800.582.3107. The phone line is open 24 hours a day if you wish to make an automated payment. There is a fee for paying this way which is $3.50. This covers the cost of processing your payment. You can use Visa, Mastercard or Discover. They are the only methods of payment accepted by this method.
