CoServ is a supplier of natural gas and electricity in the state of Texas. It is a not-for-profit cooperative that provides electricity to 152,000 members and natural gas to 85,000 members across the state. CoServ is headquartered in Corinth.
CoServ Gas Bill Pay Options
The following are the bill payment options provided by CoServ to its customers:
Online: You can use the internet to pay your CoServ bills. To do so, just visit the webpage at CreditCardPaymetNET.Com/PayCoservBillOnline.
You can then enter your CoServ sutomer number and account number and then use your electronic check, debit card or credit card to make your payment. Alternatively, if you have an online banking facility with your bank, then you can also log into that account to pay your bill.
By Phone: If you are looking to pay through phone, do not worry since the company also provides that option. Just call the toll free number at 1-800-807-3891 to pay the bill. A service fee of $3.95 will be charged and the maximum bill amount that can be paid in a single transaction is a maximum of $750.
By Mail: You can also pay by mail by sending your checks or money orders to –

Pay Locations: You can also go to an authorized CoServ pay location near you and pay off your bills. A service fee of $1.50 will be charged.
In Person: You can also visit the company head office at Corinth to clear your bills by cash, check or money order. You can also deposit your payment at the night repository in case you wish to make the payment while returning after work.
Automatic Bank Draft: This is a very simple payment option. You basically allow CoServ to deduct your monthly bill amount from your authorized checking or savings account. Your account will be debited month after month without requiring any of your intervention- a very suitable option for busy people.
If you fail to make your payments at the due date, CoServ can charge you with a late payment fee of 5% of the bill amount. And if you paid by check and it returned, then you will also be charged a returned check fee of $25 for each returned check. If in the extreme case you failed to pay your bill and your service was terminated, you can request for reconnection after clearing off your past dues but it will cost you an additional $100 as reconnect fee.
