BMW Financial Services Bill Payment Options
By Creating a BMW online account: If you don’t have a My BMW account: www.bmwusa.com/register, then now is the best time to register.
It’s one of the fastest options for paying your bill. You can schedule your payment ahead of the due date and make sure that BMW receives your payment on time. Never miss a payment, and have round-the-clock access to your loan or leasing information. Prepare your SSN and the zip code associated with your account in order to enroll to My BMW online.
By Calling Customer Support: If you have concerns regarding your financing services, you may reach BMW’s customer service department by calling their toll-free number at 1-800-578-5000, between 9am and 9pm EST, Mondays through Fridays. If you have questions regarding your lease, call 1-800-959-4269, from 9am to 9pm EST, Mondays through Fridays.
By Mailing a Check: Paying your auto loan or lease bill can also be done through mail. Ten days before your due date you will receive a billing statement. Just detach the bottom section and send it back to BMW Financial Services. Make sure to write your 10-digit account number on your check. If you don’t receive your statement prior to your due date, you can still pay on time through the following options:
