Setting up an Online Account
You can sign up to pay your bill online using the E-bill service.
This service allows you to view, receive and pay your bill once you have logged into your account. To log in, select the login option and login as follows.
With this service, you will be able to view current and past billing history. Ebill is easy to use as it directly credits your account, and you never have to worry about late fees again. You can make a one time payment using your debit or credit card, and you don’t have to worry about signing up for reoccurring service if you do not wish. This simple and free service is just one way San Antonio water is there for you. If you would like to make a payment using Ebill, you can do so now. If you choose, you can also set up the account so you can be paperless. This method will send you bill to the email address you provide.

Automatic Bill Payments: Automatic Bill Payments – San Antonio Water understands that you lives are busy. They know that you may not always be able to make it to the post office to get your payments out. Well you do not have to worry any longer. If you sign up for automatic bill payments, you will never have to worry about checks, stamps or the post office again. You can sign up for the Easy-Pay Plan and it will all be taken care of for you. This plan automatically debit’s a checking or savings account each month when your billing statement is due. This way you never have to worry about your bill being late. This free service is easy to use. You will continue to receive your statement in the mail as normal. Your statement will still have the amount owed on it. However, it will now also show the date of when the amount will be withdrawn from the account. If you are interested in signing up for the Easy Pay Plan, you must first fill out an application. This process can take up to 60 days to complete. There will never be any surprises as to when your payment will be made, as it will be printed on the statement each month before it occurs.
Paying in Person: San Antonio water offers their customers several locations where they can make their payments in person. All you need to do is stop by any one of the convenient customer service centers to directly pay you bill. Payments that are accepted in person are cash, check, and credit or debit cards. Several local businesses have partnered with SAWS. This gives you even more options as to where you are able to make your payments. Payments Via Phone: Your busy lives may not always allow you to make your payment to your account during normal business hours.
