Direct Pay Plan: In this option, your bill amount will be automatically debited to your checking account, savings account, loan account or credit account. To use this service, you need to submit an application to Riverside together with a voided check. Once submitted, it takes about 6 – 8 weeks for the plan to get activated. You will also have the freedom to set the maximum amount that can be deducted from your bank account by Riverside Public Utilities. Customers should ensure that their bank account will have sufficient funds at the time of deduction. If the payment transaction is rejected by the bank then you will be taken off the Direct Pay Plan.


Level Pay Plan: Under this plan, your monthly bill will remain nearly constant over the course of an entire year. At the end of the year, your actual usage is compared against your actual payments. If you have paid more, then your account will be credited. But if you have paid less than what you have used, then you will be liable to pay the excess amount. To qualify for this payment option, customers must have a very good payment history. They must also be a customer of Riverside at least for 12 months at the same location.

By Phone: If you prefer to pay through phone, simply call the customer call center at 951-782-0330 to pay your bill using credit card. You can call them Monday to Friday, 7AM to 7PM.

In Person: You can also walk into any of the two customer care offices located at Riverside to pay your bills. This is a good payment option if you work or live near their offices. To pay in person one can visit:
