nTelos Bill Payment Options
If you are a customer of nTelos and you have received your monthly bill, then you can pay the same using any of the following methods –
Online: The online billing option offers you the freedom to pay your bills at your convenience. Since it is a 24 X 7 option, you can make payments whenever you want – even during the middle of the night. You will need to open an account through this link:
www.ntelos.com/registration in order to make online payments.
Once registered, you can login and start paying your bills using your credit card or debit card. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Star. You also get additional benefits like viewing your bill online, storing your statement details etc.
Auto Pay: Using the Auto Pay option is the easiest way t o pay your bills on time without worrying about due dates. In this method, your monthly bill amount will automatically be deducted from an authorized payment source. You only need to set this system just once and forget about the hassles of bill payments. And since your bills are always paid on time, you can also forget about any late payment penalties. You can set up this payment option from your online account.
Phone: For customers who are looking to pay through phone, the company also offers that option. If you are a postpaid customer, then you can pay your bill by calling #225 from your nTelos device and following the prompts. Prepay customers can call #369. If you are in an area which does not have any internet access and you need to make an instant bill payment, then this is your best option.

If you are finding it difficult to pay your current bill, then you can contact the customer care center and request for an extension of payment date. You may or may not be granted an extension depending upon your previous payment history. If you are not happy with your bill and want a more detailed bill, you can opt for the same. A detailed bill will give you an itemized description of all your calling details – time of day, call duration, origin of the call etc. A detailed billing service will cost you a minimum $3.99/month
