Mlgw Bill Payment Options
If you are a customer of Memphis Light, Gas and Water, then you have the following options to pay your monthly bills –
Online One Time: You can make a one time payment through the internet using your online account. You can register for it through this link.
Once you have registered for an account, you can login and make an immediate one time payment against any bill.
Accepted forms of payment include checking account, savings account, credit card and debit card. your payment will be noted on your account within one hour. This is a free service. And since this is an online payment option, you can enjoy the freedom to pay at any time you choose – all you need is an internet enabled device.
Schedule Pay: When you have registered an online account, you can then also schedule your payments. This is an easy way to ensure that the bill amount is paid regularly over a period of time. Payments can be scheduled to pay any day up to the bill due date.
Auto Pay: Using this option, you can automate the task of paying your bill. Once set up, your bill amount is automatically deducted from your bank account each and every month. This is the most hassle free payment solution and you can be sure that your bills get paid on time every month.
Phone: If you do not like to make online payments and want to pay your bill each month individually, then phone payment could be your best option. You can do so by calling 1-866-315-0277 and following the voice instructions. Payments made before 3PM CT will be reflected in your account that day itself.
Mail: This option is suited for those who want to pa through checks. Send in your payment together with the bottom portion f your bill to the following address –

When paying through checks, you must ensure that your bank has sufficient funds to honor it because you may be charged a penalty for returned checks.
In Person: You also can pay your bill in person. For thar you only need to visit any MLGW Community Office, any Express Payment Stations, Authorized Paying Agents or Third-Party Paying Agents. Do remember to bring the bottom portion of your bill to your payment destination. If you are paying by check, do not forget to include your 16-digit MLGW account number.
