By Mail: Fancy paying your electricity bill through a check? You can do so by sending your checks at any of the two Klickitat main offices located at Goldendale and White Salmon. This is a very good option for those who do not want to pay through the internet or over phone.
Payment Locations: You can also walk into the Klickitat main offices and pay your bill during their office hours. If you are not free during the daytime, there are also dropboxes located at each building where you can drop off your payments when returning back from work.
If you believe that you may not be able to pay your electricity bill on time, then you should call the company;s customer service center and request for a payment arrangement. This will essentially breakdown your due amount into small installments that you can pay over a period of time. If you do not do that, you may be charged a late payment fee. And if your connection was cut off due to non-payment, you can be charged anywhere from $30 to $200 if you request for a reconnection after clearing your dues.
