The store will also accept payment cards issued by the following brands – Bergner’s, Boston Store, Bon Ton, Younkers, Herberger’s, Carson Pirie Sctott and Elder-Beerman. One can only pay online after registering
By Phone: Call the Bon Ton customer service line at 1-888-385-8916 and you can pay for your purchases by using your card. This is a free service and the company does not charge you any additional convenience fee.

Gift Cards: These enable a recipient to purchase any product from the store not exceeding the value of the card. If you have received a Bon Ton gift card, you can use it at the counter or during the checkout by using the 6 digit PIN on the card. If your purchases are more than the card amount, you will have to shell out the difference. If its less, you can use it at a later time to buy anything else.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them to the company and demand a refund. Once Bon Ton verifies that the product was purchased from its store, it will refund your money or offer you an exchange, whichever you prefer. The returned items must be in its original packaging, should not be defaced and must have the original UPC barcode.
Bon Ton will ship your orders no matter where you live in the US. However, it does not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. The company ships the products through USPS and you can opt for the Standard Delivery, 2-Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery.
