As part of their customer focused vision, the company offers a wide array of options that you can choose to pay your electric bill so as to accommodate everyone’s lifestyle. So whether you would like to pay by mail, online, by phone, in person, or have your bill amount automatically drafted from your bank account, there’s every way for everyone.
Budget billing: Budget billing gives you the opportunity to pay the same cost per month thereby avoiding the unpredictable vast fluctuations of payment. This system adds together your past usage information and averages it to a stable figure that makes budgeting your income much easier.
Budget billing figures are updated every 6 months just to ensure you get an accurate reflection of your energy needs at every season. There is no cost whatsoever in applying for budget billing and this service can be terminated at will.

Paying online: There is also an online customer Care that lets you pay your bills online via the Quick Payment service.

There is a service fee of $3.49 and a $1,000 limit for each Quick Payment and it’s not possible to exceed 3 transactions in a 24-hour period and no more than five in a month. if you do not have an account one can register as follows:
Paying your bill by phone: You can make Quick Payments over the phone giving you the comfort of paying directly from home. Simply call these toll free numbers 800-959-7063 or 866-694-5861 and you’ll be guided through the procedure.
Paying in person: Paying in person is always an option and there are various centers to go to that make this easy. Utility Service Center, authorized pay stations and drop boxes are spread out at different locations around the community.
